Dr Groome qualified from the University of Dundee in 2001 and undertook her GP training passing with distinction in 2005. Since then she has worked as a NHS GP across a range of practices before joining her current practice as a partner in 2016.
She is also a GP trainer and has a special interest in women’s health including contraception, menopause and coil insertion.
She will see all aspects of General Practice related physical and mental health issues. Dr Groome practices evidence based medicine with the patient at the centre adopting a holistic patient centred approach.

Dr Munro Stewart
MB ChB, MRCGP, FRCGP - General Practitioner
Dr Stewart graduated from studying Medicine at The University of Dundee in 2005 with both The Knox Award and The Dean's Prize. After working as a junior doctor in Glasgow and New Zealand he completed GP training in Tayside, achieving Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2017. In 2023 Dr Stewart was honoured with a Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners in recognition of his work, particularly around the interaction between the environment and health. In 2024 Dr Stewart won The Sustainability Champion Award for UK GPs from the RCGP.
Dr Stewart is a partner at a Dundee practice, and has experience of working around Scotland including remote islands, and on the Isle of Man. He teaches at the University of Dundee, is involved in research, and is Chair of the East Scotland Faculty of the Royal College of General Practitioners. As well as being an experienced GP, Dr Stewart has an interest in mental health, particularly in adolescents.
