Cancellation Policy
Whilst we understand that on occasion you will be unable to attend for your clinic appointment with Tayside Complete Health, we are facing an increasing number of clients failing to attend therefore we have had to introduce a fair use cancellation policy.
At the time of booking, we will ask you to provide either a full payment or your health insurance policy number and treatment authorisation code to secure the appointment.
If you cancel your appointment we will apply our cancellation policy.
If you wish to reschedule this can be done without penalty at any time. We do however have a fair use policy and as such reserve the right to apply charges for very short notice changes or repeated attempts of rescheduling.
